The H Collective Liability Waiver & Release

    In consideration of being allowed to participate in classes, events, and            activities hosted by The H Collective, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

   I understand that fitness and wellness activities involve physical exertion that may cause injury, and I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to falls, equipment use, or interactions with vendors and other participants.

2. Release of Liability

   I release and hold harmless The H Collective, it's instructors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Clearance

   I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no condition that would prevent safe participation. I agree to stop any activity if I feel discomfort or pain.

4. Consent

   I have read and fully understand the waiver. By checking the agreement box at registration, I consent to the terms and conditions stated herein.
