These workouts are best suited for flat surfaces to ensure a smooth glide from the Heroboards.

Heather Ruiz is a certified personal trainer and health coach with 13+ years of experience coaching in the industry. She has a profound passion for her craft and sharing it with others. Heather holds additional certifications in mat, reformer pilates, Lagree, Solidcore, H.I.I.T, spin, and Heroboard modalities. Having taught thousands of classes throughout the country from Los Angeles, San Diego, to Austin, coaching for Heather has become about deep connection, confidence, and building strong community.
